Do you drop ship?
Yes, we use UPS or FedEx and can ship to your client anywhere in the world.

Can you supply us with a re-shipper carton?
Yes, however there is an additional charge for this service.

How is the jewelry packaged?
Every item is packaged in an elegant gift box with a bow. The gift box is then placed in a larger box with a packing slip and white tissue paper.

How fast do you process/ship purchase orders?
We ship all in-stock items the same day we receive the PO! For items out of stock the maximum ship time is only two weeks. If you have projections on particular items we are happy to stock additional inventory.

What is your warranty?
We will replace or repair any item that is a manufacture defect, within the first 90 days after the order is received.

What is your return policy?
Unused items, excluding personalized and special order merchandise, may be returned within 10 days for exchange or credit (minus shipping charges).

Do you send samples on memorandum?
For jewelry to be fully appreciated, it must be seen and held. For that reason, our jewelry is available for a 10-day review period.

Can you supply photos for use in print or web format?
